Olson Help Desk!

We know that families and students may have questions about Distance Learning, Google Classroom, Google Meet, and more - and we are here to help!

This year, we will be piloting a live "help desk" via Google Meet - a staff member will be available to answer your questions, and even show their computer screen to show you exactly how some of these online tools work. If we can't answer your question, we can help connect you to someone who can.

Ongoing hours for the help desk:

  • Monday - Friday - 9 am - 4 pm
  • (On days when school is in session:)

To access the help desk:

  • If your student is signed in with their MPS account, just go to Google Meet (meet.google.com) and enter the nickname olsonhelpdesk
  • If not, use this link.
  • (Link will be updated daily for security reasons).
  • From a computer or internet browser, you will not need a Google/G-mail account.
  • If you are using the Google Meet app, you will need a Google/G-mail account.

Finally, if you have non-urgent questions about the student or parent portal; Distance Learning; or general school information and events, you may fill out this form and we will get back to you.
