In the Theater classroom, students learn that Theater reflects, reveals, and changes human experience. Students read plays, play games, study acting, sound effects, set and costume design, puppetry, movement, and voice. We write often, supercharging our imaginations with unexpected discoveries and creativity. Over time, as students gain experience and skill, we will begin to create theater pieces in the classroom.

My Name is Tinne Rosenmeier, and I have been making and teaching about theater for over 35 years. I believe theater is the most human of arts, the most flexible of arts, and the most universal and ancient. I teach because I believe young people have much to say, and they need and deserve a way to say it. My goal is for my students participate as performers and audience members for their whole lives by empowering them with the gifts of the stage.
